Training rules!!
This is a replacement for Kyuukokukai for any Head Vaizard to train for this you must.
1)hold any head seat 3rd rank or higher.
2)Have 650+ posts.
You have to train for at least 3 pages, depending on how long your posts are with you, YOUR INNER HOLLOW and one other to aid in training, all posts must be at least 5 lines long.
Once you have registered your Hollow Form and had it approved, you may start your training.
