Main Requirements:

If there is an open seat for a legendary here is the requirements.
1.) The leader and / or council will evaluate your RPing abilities based on what YOU RP like on the site. RP samples will not be used, so you must firstly prove yourself IC before achieving the status.
Snatching the Position:
*If you believe you are ready to be Promoted, please send a Message to Zeikke himself. If he believes you are ready, he will either promote you without question, or assign somebody in the above rank for you to challenge. If Zeikke accepts this, after the challenge is completed, win or lose, you cannot request another Challenge for two weeks. Each person in the Elite rankings can only be challenged once every two weeks, as such, only 5 normal Vaizard may challenge to be an Elite, only 3 Elite's may challenge the vice, and only 1 Vice may challenge the leader every two weeks.
If the seat is all taken up, you can take one of this and change the one who is in there.
1. Must complete the Main requirements.
2. Post here, informing Zeikke you wish to challenge for a position.
3. If Zeikke allows the position challenge, and your opponent declines, you will automatically get the spot.
4. If the battle has no reply in 48 hours, the last poster wins.
Not Active:
If you're not active within two weeks you will remove automatically in your rank.
ADDITIONAL RULES FOR BECOMING AN ELITE! READ!
Okay, since no one will read my posts, I will post it here where people CAN read.
1. If you already have another account on the site, then your second character will have to begin as a regular vizard, and challenge to get into the elites. Second accounts will not be handed elite spots.
2. If Zeikke + Co-leader believe you are ready to join the Heads, you will gain the position.
3. I WANT ACTIVE ELITES! Life can get busy, and so long as you notify us that you are going to be off for a few days, that is fine. But if you are constantly on only once a week or a blue moon, you WILL be kicked.
4. If you were kicked from the heads for inactivity, you do not get to ask for a position. You will have to wait to challenge the 5th head and work your way up.
5. Heads are not allowed to post one liners, they should be decent rpers and so I want at least a paragraph when they write. Also...you need to make sense when you write so we understand what you're trying to say (we have had problems with this before). Even if you get accepted into the Heads, keep your RPing standards up or you shall be removed for declining RP skills.
6. If you DO lose head status, you can keep your bankai. Just remember that the elites are technically stronger, and also, if you had hollow form before losing head status, then I am sorry but you lose that ability. Hollow form is an ELITE ability only, and is too strong for a normal vizard to handle, as well as the extra mask techniques. Think of it story wise: You lose elite status, so your hollow would no longer think you 'worthy' of their strength. Or put in Okami's words:
"Their hollow would be like 'wtf you whimp ass pansy im not giving you any of my power'"
7. REMEMBER THIS: The power tier isn't as vast as it was previously considered. As the order is now, it is more based on Leadership qualities rather than strength. As such, it is now stated that all ranks from 2-5 are of Captain strength, and follow the same strength patterns as the Gotei 13, where the majority of Captain's are evenly matched rather than being based on a ranking system. As such, all from heads are considered at the same strength, with the Co-leader generally pulling ahead by a small amount. THIS MEANS: If you're number 4, there's no point challenging number 4... And don't challenge the Vice Leaders unless you want more responsibility.
8. The only person who doesn't follow the above rule is number 1, the Leader, who is considered Captain Commander Strength.
