1) Only Captains and Lieutenants are allowed to create their own kido
2) Lieutenants may only create 1 kido, Captains are allowed 2
3) The maximum level of Lieutenant's kido is 60, the maximum level of Captains kido is 100
4) You have to train you kido in the kido training topic. You may train by yourself or with a partner who's going to help you
5) The number of page you have to train depends on the level of your kido
lvl 1 - 50 = 1k words
50 - 60 = 2.5k words
61 - 74 = 5k words
75 - 85 = 8k words
86 - 96 = 10k words
97 - 101 = 15k words
6) Once you've done training youmust see the admisitrator about the approval. Once your taining has been approved you can register your kido
7) And again - DO NOT GODMOD with your kido - it will make me sad v.v
