Appearance: has long while hair. eyes contantly a dark black with lightning flying through it. wears a black cloak with a tight underarrmor, with lots of kunai holders and a katana on his back. wears thick combat boots that are extremely light. about 6 feet tall he looks constantly angry.

Personality: has an unknown attreaction to blood and very sharp teeth. he is usally very calm and depressed sounding. he tends to get irritated when people dont follow the rules and is prone to killing for small reasons. enjoys making people suffer, but hates when peoples lived get screwed up due to a bijuu being sealed inside them. (read the history to find out why)

History: born on march 9 1992. his parents were both hyoutons. he grew up in the mist village. when he turned 2 he showed total interest in chakra and knew how to use it. so his parents began teaching him some of the clans jutsus. in less than 2 months he learned how to use ice jutsus. after a few years he became a master at useing genin level ice and mist jutsus. he started in the acadamy at age 6.

after 3 years in the acadamy he graduated at the top of the class. he became the youngest ninja to ever graduate from the acadamy in the mist village. the next few months he lived at home honing his abilities of ice. he soon got his parents to teach him chuunin level jutsus and spent the next year learning them and finally mastered the chuunin level jutsus.

a few months later he took part in the chuunin exams. now almost 10 years old he faught in the chuunin exams and passed. that night his parents and friends threw a huge party for him. he became a legend amoung the mist village. he is the youngest chuunin in mist village history.

a year later his parents had taught him jounin level mist and hyouton jutsus. now at his parents level of skill he be gins to spar his father. winning every other time, his father proud of his son. soon kuniumi will face his worst fears and loss of his whole life.

the temple of lightning entered and the 6 tailed demon was realeased on the unsuspecting ninja and villagers on the mist village. raijuu killing all in his path. his target, the last remaining hyouton clan members. kuniumi, his mother, and his father. although kuniumi had a brother he wasnt a ninja. he decided to work at the ramen shop.

ninja from all over the place gathered to fight raijuu off he slowly made his way to kill the hyouton. suddenly his parents ran out and faught the 6 tailed demon. raijuu slowly being faught back he began attacking with lightning. finally he got to his parents and killed them. the young kuniumi watched as his parents were slaughtered. the dead bodies fall to the ground and their cloaks ripped to shreds. raijuu spot him standing there and begins to charge at him. ready to kill the young ninja.

raijuu wasnt very far away. he was running at kuniumi getting ready to kill him. the young ninja gets down when a stranger appears and yells at him "get on your chest, take off your shirt, and shut up if you dont want to die" he yelled at he made handsigns. kuni got dawn and took his shirt off. not knowing why he was doing so the stranger struck his upper back and suddenly the young ninja felt like he was about to die. He fainted and lay there for hours untill a surviving mist ninja brought him back home and healed him.

about a week later he awakens. his older brother over him trying to speak. suddenly yellow chakra began covering his body and he roars. sending out a shockwave that destroys his family home. ninjas appear outside and see him jump out of the ruble. stage 2 began taking over and he killed a few of the ninjas standing close to him. soon he was on a rampage

after he was done killing his village members he fled. he decided to live in the wilderness. trainging the bijuu to listen to him and take control of his new lightning powers. feeding on wild animals and living on the edge. soon he bigins his new life in the forest

3 years later he finally gained full control over the bijuu. he controls lightning and he decides to head back and see how the mist village has prospered sence the incident with raijuu. he slowly walked back untill he saw the village in sight. he began to jog

when he got there he got weird looks from stranges. at that moment he realized that he was almost naked. with nothing but a fragment of clothes to cover him up. he ran and got some new clothes. when he came out people treated him differantly. they were scared as the realized who he was and the tragic incident that happened 3 years earlier.

he parcipitated in the jounin exams and passed. after a few months of being back in the mist village poeple finally trusted him again. the mizukage called him to his office and told him exactly what is to become of him in the mist village. the kage spoke slowly, "kuniumi, after the tragic incident 4 years ago. you have retured and has taken your place in this great village. i have received word that i will be assassinated soon. when i die, you will be taking my place as mizukage. you have earned it. now please go. i have some paperwork to fill out about mizukage position." kuniumi walks out slowly. proud that he will become mizukage and put his plans into motion. to eliminate all bijuus from existance.

2 months later the mizukage was killed. and kuni took his place as mizukage. he now led the village to its greatest time in history. now kuni is the last hyouton member and mizukage of the mist village.
for the next years he will prevent the bijuus form ruining the lives of other ninjas and villagers. he will take his place in history as greatest mizukage in the upcoming years.

Name: Water Skipping

This jutsu allows any Kirigakure user to move much faster upon water, by focusing their chakra in an intended body part . The user do not have to move in a walking motion or running motion, they just slide. This is because they are rejecting the water molecules with an opposing force that is usually irregular to other ninja.


Name: Water Chain
Users: Basic skill known by all Kirigakure shinobi

The user of this jutsu will form the serpent hand seal to gather chakra. They will then throw their hands out to the sides and force a restricting ring of water to form from any nearby water source, even the mist that they live in. The ring will then be immediately designated to grab a target specific body part and make it immobolize temporarily. If the user struggles, the chain tightens with an increasing power with each shrug. This technique may be diffused by Genjutsu Kai, but none ever realize it because this technique is not a genjutsu. This jutsu is a must learn technique to exit the Academy.

This is the Mist Village form of shunshin that allows them to move at great speeds through replacing themselves with water or a form of mist.

Name: Water Demon Tracking
Users:Elite Jounin and Hunter ninja of Kirigakure

This is a technque that gives a temporary life to water. The user of this technqiue leaks three drops of their blood and some of their chakra into a body of water. The user then forms the monkey, serpent, ox, and tiger hand seals. Afterwards, they place their body part they cut to leak blood into water. Suddenly the water gains a form of a sort of demonic water creature about the height of 3ft. The creature understands one command. After the command is given to track a certain being, the creature finds it and dissolve after dispersing in a widespread of red mist that makes it much more noticable. These creatures are of a kin to the reaper, Shinigama(I think that is spelled right). They know all actual names, but nicknames will confuse them and force them to explode in an instance. They can go as far as they have a water source connected.

Name: Beaming Water Genjutsu
Users: Elite Jounin, Hunter ninja

This techniques starts by using a secret technqiue to place a cursed seal on a water source. The user then place thin, almost invisble to the naked eye, strips of water everywhere like a trap. It can easily be spotted through a quick close analysis of maybe looking at shading or gleaming of sun. Once the strip of water is seperated by contact of the victim they are placed into an extending genjutsu.

Stage One:While in this stage it is very easy to see the strips without trying. The strips are no longer set-up in a way to look like a trap, but they are set-up to make the user see them with great depth. The first phase forces the victim to see what they were actually after. It will be easier in this mindstate for the victim to get their goal. If they go to their goal without breaking the strips again it will place them into another stage.

Stage Two: This transforms the area the user is in, and in the way the surroundings change, it is obvious it is a genjutsu. In this stage the strips look exactly like that of stage one, and it is the same as the first stage. This is to make the victim go aftert the wires, but at the same time place them into a deeper hold. Carrying out their primary goal will end the genjutsu and place the victim in their correct mindstate.

Stage Three: If the user is foolish enough to be placed into this stage they are most of the time doomed. When entering this stage, the genjutsu looks like it has released and place the victim back into their correct mindstate. This stage places them in an area where they will now be fighting their worst fear. If their fear is something inanimate or an action(, such as free fallin or dieing,) the stage makes demonlike creature wielding the object or an object to make the fear even scarier in reality. This stage shifts the Genjutsu to a Ninjutsu.

Mist Clone
Users: Kirigakure Chuunin and higher
Rank:B Ranked Jutsu
This is a jutsu that can only be used in Kirigakure, in an area shrouded by the Hidden Mist Technique, or an area veiled by the red mist of Water Demon Tracking. This is the nearest to invisible clone to be discovered by shinobi. This technique creates bunshin made of mist that isn't very pacted together, this way it keeps its dispersed look to match the mist. While in mist, or one of the techniques named, the bunshin always move in the form of mist shunshin. The clones are immune to any kind of attack from a physical slash, stab, bang,or thrown projectile. It isn't immune like a disease, it is not vulnerable because the particles of the clone are not close enough to accept the projectiles to take a damage and revert back to it's original state. These clones can only be attacked by widespread jutsu or techniques that may use a chakra concentrated touch.

This technique forms an electrical dragon that shoots towards an enemy.

Raiton: Denbaku no Jutsu
[Lightning Release: Electric Explosion Technique]
This technique shoots a small ball of compressed electrical energy that explodes upon contact with another object. The explosion is relatively small, but can still take out multiple people.

This technique forms a large ball of electrical chakra and shoots it forward.

This technique forms a wave of electrical energy that moves forward in a spreading arch.

Raiton: Raihari no Jutsu
[Lightning Release: Lightning Needle Technique]
A Raiton jutsu in which the user forms many small bursts of electricty that pelt an enemy, wracking them with pain and screwing up their nervous system, but not enough to be fatal. If enough make it to the victim's body it can temporarily paralyze the enemy.

Raiton: Raitsume
[Lightning Release: Lightning Claw]
Using the natural electricity of the body, the user pulls out electricity and coats the fingers of one hand in it. The electricity is then transferred to an opponent via a finger-jab or claw-slash.

Raiton: Raizume
[Lightning Release: Lightning Hoof]
Using the natural electricity of the body, the user pulls out electricity and covers one foot with it, or if the foot is booted, the boot of the foot. The electricity is then transferred to an opponent via a kick.

Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu - Black Dragon Blizzard.(jonin lvl)
Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, Dotou will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.


Makyou Hyoushou - Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors(jonin lvl)
Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. Haku himself then places himself inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, Haku can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, Haku can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, his target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this he can then unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up Haku's chakra.

Rouga Nadare no Jutsu - Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique(jonin lvl)
Hyouton • Rouga Nadare is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an avalanche of snow will rain down towards Rouga's opponent. As the snow slides down, it will coalesce into large snow wolves. These wolves can follow Rouga's bidding and attack his opponent. A sufficiently powerful straight thrust can disrupt the wolves and return them to snow.

Sensatsu Suishou - Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles(genin lvl)
Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. Unlike every other hand seal, Haku is able to create the technique by forming hand seals on only one hand. To create the needles, Haku forms the needed hand seal and then kicks water into the air with his foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on his target.

Souryuu Boufuusetsu - Twin Dragon Blizzard(jonin lvl)
Hyouton • Souryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, Dotou will thrust his arms to send out twin black ether-like dragons to strike his opponent. As they flies through the air they will begin to turn, creating a large dark tornado.

Tsubame Fubuki - Snow Storm Swallows(chunin lvl)
Hyouton • Tsubame Fubuki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. Fubuki will create ice swallows which she can launch at her opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows.

Itsukaku Hakuegei - One Horned White Whale(joinin lvl)
Hyouton • Itsukaku Hakuegei is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, a gigantic horned white whale made of ice will rise from the surrounding snow to come thundering down on an opponent, crushing them and the surrounding area under its large mass

ICE COFFIN (jonin lvl)-own skill-
ingulfes the enimy or there body parts in ice and shaters them

DEMON ICE DOLL(chunin lvl)-own skill-
makes a movable ice clone or anamal and its hard to take down like a normal clone. when a part of its body is taken down it can regenerat it. its limbs can also become wepons. whatever the doll tuches it can freez it instantly.

ICE FEALD(genin lvl)-
turns the area into thick solid ICE

ICE WEPONS(genin lvl)-
makes wepons out of ice

ICE HANDS(chunin lvl)-
anything that is frozen the user can make ice hands come out of it to attack or immobilize the enemy
