Kaori appears on the roof of the building whereing the mist village anbu uniform then she sighs as she watches her sister sign papers

"This might take awhile"

finishes my papers then a cloud village anbu appears infront of me and she orders her to look around for any suspicious acts knowing that kaori is watching her and she knows this,but she plays with it

"Find the anbu I want our new vistor here"

Kaori sighs and watches this happen and disappears before the anbu catches her

Anbu: the anbu girl look all over not finding a trace of kaori's signs of where abouts till she hears the sound of the trees rustling while kaori was trying to escape so the ninja did handsigns and revealed a chakra boost to carry out the jutsu of Dragon Bullet Jutsu all in which head for kaori and in a mater of seconds burning her hide out but not her do to the fire burrning out as soon as it touched kaori the anbu girl was amazed but still kept gaurd of her kage and stood in the stance of the dragon

Kaori smirked as the fire had no harm on me i just exorbed it through my eyes. Kaori smirked at the young anbu girl having no idea what kaori was caple of so she flickered out of the hidding spot, and reappeared in back of the anbu girl where then kaori slid 3 chakra sealing papers that when hits the skin permently seals the chakra points till a kage or a chakra of imense power can brake it and then as she did so with stealth she kicked the ninja in the back sending her flying then she appeared in front of her flip kicking her in the stomach sending her face first into the ground. Then once that was done did handsigns to reveal chakra bind jutsu(register in a bit) where the anbu girl could not brake out of it then she smirked and placed a seal on her stomach, a seal on her left arm and a seal on her spine all in which kaori let go of the binding and left the anbu girl to scream and disappeared in a flash

"Ichi is not worth it right now her anbu is strong just not strong enough to hurt me ill wait for her to progress for a real challange and ill wait to spy on my sister later..."

Anbu: the anbu girl screams in pain and she clenches her fist and punches the ground and her pain subsides as she gets off to reveal her mask showing that it was a friend of Kaori from childhood. the anbu girl looked into the moon of where her opponent had escaped.

"Kaori i know that was you under there i did not want to believe your sister but she is right your death is crutal and ill be the one to give you your justice that is i live to see another day..."

The anbu girl passes out bleeding from the face and ribs showing signs of life but exaustion and pain from injuries

dark clouds form above a white lightning bolt strikes the ground next to the anbu girl. i pick her up carefully and walk slowly to the raikages office. my black cloak flowing in the wind dark heavy combat boots dont make a sound as i walk. my white hair flowing to one side of my head as the wind hits it. i walk insite of the office and to the kages door. i knowck and walk in. the anbu girl getting blood all over my cloak. as the girl moans from pain. i drop her on the floor in front of my lightning apprentice. the young anbu girl moans from the pain
hello young apprentice. i see your anbu has met my anbu agent. shes a special one she is. did you know she has a special bloodline. she is a master at fire.
i grin at her and sit in the air with my legs folded and a coushin of lightning under me. i yawn at stare at her. waiting for her to speak. i begin to think to myself this ichi girl is interesting. she sends her anbu ageanst my personal anbu agent. a bold move indeed. but i shall just wait and stay prepared for her to speak. i prepare for the owrst. yet expect the least

glares at her. my hair beginning to look like lightning and the room suddenly gets windy. the lightning under me begins to get harsh and discharge all over the place. suddenly 6 tails appear behind me and swish. discharging. lightning hits my katana on my back.

i will not give her to you. she is now a valued mist village ninja. if she dies i will put a bounty on YOUR head. either that or i will destroy your village. dont threaten her. i want that bounty off her head IMMEDIATLY.

i growl and my teeth grow. my hands begin to be covered in chakra and they get sharper. i close my eyes. i see a dimly lit cave with mist covering the floor. raijuu looking down at me

raijuu: she is getting on my nerves kuni. i want her dead. she might be a lighting chosen one but you can kill her. she hasnt learned any lighting jutsus and cant block lighting at all. take the chance while you can.

me: no raijuu. i dont want her dead. she can help. but i will kill her if i must. i dont want my anbu to be killed. she is valuble as well. if only they can be put in the same room without killing eachother.

raijuu: dont take the chance kuni. she must die here and now. destiny will choose another green lightning user. besides. this is the choices. dont kill her and let her stay one of the chosen lightning user. or kill her and destiny will choose another.

me: i choose to keep her alive. but i refuse to let her kill my anbu agent. she is under my personal protection.

raijuu: fine. u have chosen. now go and talk to her. let her live and keep your anbu protected.

i open my eyes and look at her with my now percing yellow eyes.

that anbu is under my personal protection ichi. not take the bounty off her ehad. she derserves to live after being shuned and cast out of this village

the wind and lighting calm down. i look at her with interest. my cloak now on the ground and my black steath suit showing my mustles and the sword on my back

tell me than ichi. and than ill decide if she deserves that bounty on her head

"ok first off in the shuunin exams she had killed a kaguya kid within 1minute of the time then she paralized her own sensei out of hate and power to overthrow him and in the jounin exams she had killed 3 ninja and then she had issued a challange with me it was to see who gets kage i had won but when i had taken power she had gotten furious and i had walked away from her which i wish i didnt cause when i did so she had permently sealed 2 my chakra points knocked me off gaurd and had killed 3 more ninjas my friend and her parents it was a disgrace she had started to become like mother so i issused the bounty on her head thats when i knew she ran to your village for help and power!"

growls at her knowing what she had said was true.

in the chuunin exams you should expect death. i have killed in my chuunin and jounin exams. as for the sensei. she probly killed him out of anger. i have also done the same. and her sealing your chakra points is no big deal. they can be unblocked. and i know how to do it. but when blocked. they have to be unblocked to flow again. it may hurt. but i will only help you if you taake the bounty off her head. do we have a deal ichi?

i walk neer ichi. position my hand on her upper arm. i send a pulsing electric surrent through your arm and than a sudden huge jolt. shocking you. your chakra points get unblocked.. i walk back and grin.

there your points are now unblocked. test the power you now have. oh and ive unblocked chakra points in your body specifically for lightning jutsus. they will come slightly easier for you now.

nodding at her and looking at her green sparks. now she is a proven chosen lighting user. i sigh and focus.

now i will head over to the cousil and tell them to lift the bounty. as i have that athority. now please. heal your anbu. shes getting blood all over the place
