Description: it can control all elements but a selected few are taught how to use it's full power which gives them full control over all the elements everyone else in the clan can only learn to get some control over 2 and full control over 1 which is also very useful*nods*
Weakness: the people who dont learn how to control it fully get hurt a lot easier everything to them hurts a lot more than it should like a flick would be a hard and fast suckerpunch | |

| sorry i deny you cant have control over all element thats complete godmod so im sorry you can have only limited elements and lightning and fire are taken sorry...unless sou says so | |

| Right now i would say approve because he didnt even post up the jutsu hes going to use (Btw all element isnt god mode) but hane i would say 2 jutsu for each element and for 1 element of your choice can get an extra jutsu. So Approved for now
