Description: With the opening of each Butterfly's wings this curse seal releases 1/8 of Hachibi's full power. the dots on Kyuushi's back will develop four lines which spread into the wings of the butterfly. this curse seal was given to kyuushi along with Hachibi so she could eventually learn to control the monster's chakra. after all eight of the butterflies appear Hachibi's full power will be at Kyuushi's disposal. each butterfly is named with a kanji beneath it the names are;
- Soul
- Ghost
- Evil
- Devil
- Monstrous
- Kill
- The Underworld
- Death
each of these represents an aspect of Hachibi and must be released individually
Drawbacks: with each stage Kyuushi becomes closer and closer to being controlled by Hachibi and after so many stages Kyuushi's skin will melt off and be replaced with chakra
